IMPORTANT
NOTE: Lighting must not consume more power than a regular
house/desk lamp.

An 8-ft table. Two tablecloths will cover all tables. Top of table
may be another color, but nothing draped over front and sides.
Napkins are available for tabletop cover if reserved in advance. Please contact Leona. Theme colors for the
evening to be determined.

Guidelines
- Tables
will be reserved on a first come, first completely paid basis.

A non-refundable deposit of $30 is due in full at the time of
booking.
- If cancelled 6 weeks prior to the event, there is a 50% cancellation fee. After this date, there will be no refunds.
- Payment
methods:
Cash or cheque. Please e-mail leona@romanceunlimited.com for payment arrangements.
Each exhibitor is asked to contribute a door prize (min. value
$30).
Exhibitors who contribute a door prize (min. net value $200) will
be acknowledged as event sponsors. Call Leona for more information.
May include any of your promotional material, gift certificates,
and freebies in the attendees' goody bags. All must be received
no later than 1 month prior to the event.
Quantity: 225. Any unused materials and items will be returned
to the exhibitor.
Set up: Exhibitors will have access to the hall as of 6:00 p.m.
and must be set up by no later than 6:45 p.m. on the night of
the event. We reserve the right to refuse admittance after 6:30
p.m. The room must be vacated by 11:00 p.m.
